Troubleshooting Application Issues

If you are having login issues, please try the following:

Please read before continuing: The below options are to be used when the TORCH application fails to load properly (this typically occurs after a long session on inactivity with TORCH open, or when the application updates). The following options are designed to help clear portions of the TORCH cache to try to reset the application. If the below options do not work, as a last step, you may try opening your browser's Development Console (F12 or Ctrl + Shift + I), then right-click on your browser's Refresh button, and select the option "Empty cache and hard reload/refresh"
IF NONE OF THE OPTIONS BELOW OR ABOVE WORK: Try disabling ALL browser extensions you can, and try refreshing. If this works, you can re-enable the extensions one at a time until you find the culprit. The browser extension which typically causes issues with TORCH while on the FedEx network is Capital One Shopping (formerly WikiBuy).
